Adult Gymnastics - Adult gymnastics is a class for those looking to brush up on their basic gymnastics skill while gaining flexibility and strength. For those of you who are wanting to show your little ones that you can do a cartwheel or walk on a beam, this is for you. Low impact basic gymnastics will be taught, coupled with strength and flexibility.
- $60 per person/month ($15/week)

Unity - This team building class is designed to bring people together through fitness. Incorporating basic gymnastics skills, games, group challenges, and partner activities, this class will help you build strength and comradery. Unity is perfect for anyone looking to bring their team, family, or corporate team members closer together through exercise. No previous gymnastics experience necessary.

Kia Kaha – Meaning “be strong,” Kia Kaha is a basic strength and flexibility class that focuses on total body fitness. Build overall strength through basic body weight exercises and muscle control movements, while increasing flexibility through active and dynamic stretching. Meeting 2x/week, Kia Kaha is perfect for beginners and those looking to build a steady workout regimen.

Gymnast Body Boot Camp – The Gymnast Body Boot Camp is more advanced, and focuses on exercising at a higher intensity. Stressing form and technique, this class targets muscular strength and flexibility, core conditioning, and endurance. It incorporates resistance training, plyometrics, and cardiovascular conditioning. You’re sure to reach your fitness goals with this total body workout.

Individual – 1-on-1 training sessions that focus on the clients’ individual goals and fitness needs.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING!
Perfect 10 – A gymnastics perfection class that focuses on form, technique, and presentation through body shaping, muscle control, and basic gymnastics fundamentals.

Sprint – This is a speed and agility class that focuses on improving power and quickness. Plyometrics and running fundamentals are used to increase strength and improve reaction time.
