Classes Offered

GYMNASTICS

Parent & Diaper Crew (16 mos -2+ yrs)
This class involves motor skills and specific movements of the body’s muscles to perform certain tasks.  These tasks include walking, running, climbing, etc.  In order to perform these skills, we help align your child’s nervous system, muscled and brain waves to all work together through gymnastic fundamentals such as balancing, coordination, socializing, and listening skills. This class runs 1x per week for 45 mins.

Pull-Ups (3 yrs – 4 yrs)
This class is the introduction to basic gymnastics skill. Activities include tumbling, low bar, floor beam, and motor skills. This is a continuation of the social skill and cognitive development started in the Parent & Diaper Crew class.  Children will need to be potty trained for this class.  This class runs 1x per week for 55 mins.

Beginning Gymnastics (5+ yrs)
This class is for girls who are either beginners ages of 5 and up or students who may have progressed up from our Pre-School or Tumbling Classes.  Beginner classes help build strength and power on floor, balance on the beam, speed on vault, and coordination on bars.  Also included is time on the TumblTrak, a long trampoline that provides all the benefits of tumbling with less wear and tear on joints.  This class runs 1x per week for 60 minutes.

Intermediate Gymnastics
Intermediate classes are for ages 6 years old and up and have been approved for the class by the instructor. This class will build upon the skills mastered in the Beginner class. The gymnasts will continue to work on the four Olympic events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor in addition to trampoline. This class runs 1x per week for 75 minutes.

Advanced Gymnastics
Advanced classes are for students who have been approved for the class by the instructor. This class will build upon the skills mastered in the Intermediate class. The gymnast will continue to work on the four Olympic events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor in addition to trampoline. This class runs 1x per week for 90 minutes.

Tumbling (6+ yrs)
This class is designed for boys and girls to learn basic through advanced tumbling skills.  Skills include handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, etc. This class is offered to all children ages 6 years old and up and runs 1x per week for 60 minutes.

Boys Gymnastics

This class is a gymnastics class exclusively for boys.  The class will focus on strength building, flexibility, and the art of men’s gymnastics. We offer a class for Beginners (60 min), Intermediate (75 min), and Advanced (90 min) 1x per week.

Supremes
Supremes is the Junior Olympic Compulsory Program comprised of text book demonstrations of compulsory exercises plus supplemental training skills for levels 1-4.  This class meets 2 nights per week for 2 hours and 3 hours on Saturday.

Adult Gymnastics/Fitness
This class is for teen to adult (16yrs+) looking for a place to get healthy and learn basic gymnastics skills or brush up on the skills you learned when you were younger!  Classes TBD
